RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We at Peeping-T are happy to exchange your refund your order within 90 days of receiving your goods.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

WE WILL:

  • Refund items returned to us within 90 days of receiving your order.
  • Offer free returns and full refund 
  • Accept goods in original packaging with tags and hygiene strips in tact.
  • On receipt of goods, refunds will be made within 14 business days.
  • Exchange unwanted/unworn items received after the 90 day period with a gift card. Subject to item meeting the above criteria.
  • Not deduct any hidden charges from your refund**

**Note any fees incurred due to refusal of a parcel without written notice or incorrect address, we may apply a return fee to retrieve goods. Please note this does not affect your obligation to cancel.
 

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?

Absolutely, returns and exchanges are available on sale items.

ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED

The right to cancel does not exist for the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

To arrange a return or exchange please complete the online returns portal  to receive your unique Returns Authorisation (RA) number. For exchanges please state the new items model name, size and colour on the form so that we can immediately process your exchange free of shipping charges.

DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?

Yes

UK Customers

Customers based within the UK will receive a free returns label generated by Collect+ (Plus) once they have completed the online returns portal. You will require a printer in order to print the label and place on your package. Collect+ returns make it hassle free to return goods without those post office queues. Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of your returned order for your account to be credited as bank payment processes do vary.
Please note we only offer one returns label per order. If you wish to return any other items after the initial 30 days you will need to return the item at your own cost. This does not include items that are faulty.


Worldwide Customers

International customers will receive a free returns label generated by DHL once they have completed the online returns portal. You will require a printer in order to print the label and place on your package. Further instructions on returning your items will be sent to you by email. Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of your returned order for your account to be credited as bank payment processes do vary.
Please note we only offer one returns label per order. If you wish to return any other items after the initial 30 days you will need to return the item at your own cost. This does not include items that are faulty.

Once your returning parcel has been received and the item(s) returned are in line with our returns policy. You will receive a refund confirmation via email. Please allow up to 14 business days for funds to clear into your bank account.
